ISO: Garcia's Pollo Fundido

I am searching for the recipe for Garcia's Pollo Fundido. My family lived in Mesa, Az for about 17 years and Garcia's was our favorite restaurant. Pollo Fundido was my children's favorite dish at the restaurant. We have since moved away from Arizona and my kids, now grown, still talk about it. I would love to have the recipe.
