ISO: Help......I need a recipe for butterbrickle frosting

Help. I just celebrated my 13th bithday and every time we have a cake my Dad mentions butterbrickle frosting, that he used to have on his cake when he was a boy. When he recently mentioned something, it got me thinking. I know it may not seem like much, but i would appreciate it if someone can give me the recipe for Butterbrickle Frosting. I would really love to make it for my Dad for Father's Day and for his birthday. It may not seem like much to you but it means the world to me. Thanks for your help.
