ISO: Help With Pork Roast Crockpot Recipe

Misc.

I don't normally buy pork roast but got a good deal on a package of pork I just couldn't pass up. I have a 3-5lb pork roast that I would like to cook in the crockpot. I have searched the archives but haven't come up with anything interesting. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also, could somebody be kind enough to tell me how to check and make sure the roast is thoroughly cooked? Thanks in advance....
