Pork Roast in a Crock Pot - Variations:

One, put the roast in the crock, add onion, tomato sauce or whole tomatoes,and garlic. Cook at least 8 hrs on low. you can thicken the sauce for a wonderful gravy!Thats it and it wil be done.

Two, Just add onion soup ( like lipton) and about a cup or two of water. The rest is same as above.

Three, add sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, alittle water and garlic. Wonderful.

Four, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar a little water.

The list is endless! I always do these before I go to work and when I get home dinner is done!
