Recipe(tried): Pork Roast

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Pork Roast
I generally use this on a Boston Butt, but I know some of my other family members have used it on a regular pork roast. It always turns out well. I usually serve with homemade scalloped potatoes & "Bundles of Beans".

1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Salt & pepper & lemon pepper to taste
1/2 stick margarine
juice of 1 lemon (fresh squeezed)

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. Cook for about 10 minutes. Place roast in crock-pot fat side up. Pour sauce over roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

If cooking in oven, you will need roasting bag. Dust inside of bag with flour. Place roast in bag fat side up. Pour sauce over roast. Seal bag, and bake at 275 for 4-6 hours.
