Recipe(tried): Crock Pot Pork Roast with Salsa

Crock Pot Pork Roast

I ran across this recipe last year at a women's group.

Put Pork Roast in the Crock Pot
Add 1 large bottle of Salsa and 1 can of beer

Cook all day on medium.

Those are all the instructions I was given, yet it works great.
