ISO: Hershey's Chocolate Fudge Cake

I am looking for a particular recipe I found on the box of block chocolate made by Hershey's in 2003. It was one of the best chocolate on chocolate chocolate cakes - fudge-like. I wanted make it for my sister's 40th birthday. She has been asking me and I left my recipies in Texas. Can you help me. I think it called the hershey chocolate fudge cake. I appreciate it. Thanks
