VALENTINO'S SICILIAN SAUCE
1/4 cups margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/4 cup half & half
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Hot cooked pasta (for serving)
Melt margarine then add flour and stir until smooth.
Add milk and half & half gradually. Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly until thick.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
Makes 4 servings
