After reading all the KFC chicken recipes, I noticed that they are all missing one of the KEY herbs and spices. When I was pregnant with my 2nd child, I had not only an intense craving for KFC chicken, but also a hypersensitivity to taste and flavors. I was able to name the layers of flavors in the foods I ate, and KFC chicken DEFINITELY has cinnamon. The one ingredient that has been overlooked. Try it... it's perfect!
