ISO: Home Made Pasta Recipe

Since my hubby is giving me a hand operated pasta maker for Christmas, I would like to possibly make some nice pasta for Christmas lunch. Would anyone have a great, home made, pasta recipe. Thanks in advance and happy a wonderful Christmas this year.
