ISO: How to Cook Fresh Pumpkin

The pumpkins are on sale at a local store and I would love to cook one. The problem is I don't know where to start. Any recipes and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also want to use the pumpkin seeds too. Thnaks so much in advance. Kim
