Good Afternoon. To begin with, you will need a mozzarella cheese starter kit. It can be purchased thru cheesemaking internet sites.
It requires a therm, citric acid,fresh whole milk, better if it is un-homogenized, & rennert, which can be bought at the same place you get the kit from. The kit may come with some rennert in it. A friend makes this & I have the recipe for it. I HAVE NEVER TRIED THIS ENDEAVER MYSELF.
