ISO: In need of some cabbage recipes

First, Betsy, thank you for posting the Skillet Salad recipe.

When the weather gets colder, my taste buds turn to cabbage.

If any of you have good and economical recipes for cabbage, please share! Would like the old-world recipes, such as Slavic, Slovenian, Polish, Hungarian, Russian, Croatian or other countries that used cabbage as a winter staple food.
