
3 cups cut-up, cooked potatoes (3 or 4)
2 cups cut-up, cooked ham
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 lb. process American cheese, cut into small pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French Fried Onion Rings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (moderate).
Mix potatoes and ham together in a greased 10x6-inch baking dish.
Put evaporated milk, cheese, dry mustard, Worcestershire, salt and paprika in a heavy 2-quart saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Pour over ham mixture.
Bake 15 minutes. Top with onion rings. Bake 10 minutes more, or until onions are crisp and golden brown.
Makes 6 servings
