ISO: Investment Cooking recipe, ground beef

Misc.
I recently lost my recipe folder!

ISO an Investment Cooking recipe that appeared in either Woman's Day or Family Circle magazine.

The recipe consisted of a shopping list and menu plan, a process to follow to complete 30 days of meals.

Main ingredients were ground beef, zucchini, onion and carrots.

Finished recipes include Meatball Soup, Pasta Sauce, Meatloaf, and Picadillo Casserole.

Help! These were yummy and VERY easy to make.

Thanks,
Colleen
