ISO: Italian potato pie ?

When I was a little guy,there used to be a old Italian lady who lived upstairs from me.Whenever she baked what she used to call Italian potatoe pie she would always give me some.Now I only wish that I had the recipe!Anybody out there who could help me ?? Thanx,Paulee
