ISO: Japanese Fruitcake from Rich's Atlanta, GA

I have lived in Atlanta, GA since the late 60's. Rich's Dept Store used to have a bakery and they had the most delicious Japanese Fruitcake at Christmastime. I would like this recipe is someone knows it. Thank you.
