Recipe(tried): Peach Cheesecake Pie

Desserts - Cheesecakes
This is from my sister's sister-in-law. It is easy, beautiful to look at and very Yummy!

PEACH CHEESECAKE PIE

2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened (lite is good)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust shell
2 cups canned sliced peaches, drained
1/4 cup apricot jam

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until there are no lumps. Pour into the Cracker Crust Shell. Place peaches in single layer on top.

Heat apricot jam in the microwave for 30 seconds or until liquid. Pour over the peaches. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours before eating.

NOTE: I guess that fresh peaches could be used but have never tried it.
