Recipe: Frozen Pecan Pie (Karo, 1981)

FROZEN PECAN PIE

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Karo light corn syrup
1/4 cup firmly pack dark brown sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) baked graham cracker crust

In large bowl with mixer at high speed beat cream cheese, corn syrup and sugar until smooth. With mixer at medium speed add milk and vanilla and beat until blended.

Stir in nuts. Turn into crust. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 servings
