Recipe: Mini Cheeseburgers (using onion soup mix)

1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 dozen bakery dinner rolls
Assorted condiments including cheese slices
Combine the ground beef with onion soup mix and add in the cheese. Make small patties, approximately 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
Broil over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side, until meat thermometer registers internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
Place on sliced dinner rolls and serve with desired condiments.
Makes 10 appetizers
