ISO: JL Hudsons Creamed Spinach with Boiled Eggs (1970's)

Misc.
I am looking for the recipe for Creamed Spinach with sliced boiled eggs served in the employee cafeteria at the JL Hudson Company in Troy Michigan. It may have been called 'shirred spinach'. This was back in the 1970's and was served as a side dish but I always got a double portion - it was that good. I sure hope someone has it. Blessings and Happy New Year 2016!!!!
