ISO: Looking for Maricar's Bakery in Covina CA Lemon Cake

While working For Hughes in West Covina, I was turned on to
this awsome bakery in Covina call Maricar's ran by the nicest Phillipino family.

I told them that if they ever should close up their business that I would love to have their LEMON cake receipe.
It's like a chiffon or sponge cake with the creamiest lemon frosting that I have ever had.
