ISO: Lunches with some zip

Misc.

My husband takes lunch to work everyday. He works on construction sites, so he doesn't have access to electricity to warm things up. He is getting really tired of sandwiches. Usually I fix pb or ham and cheese. Is there any ideas for lunches I can fix for him. I am stumped. The lunches I make for myself, I have access to a microwave and other things. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
