Recipe(tried): Mr. Steak's Original Kebob Marinade

Toppings - Rubs and Marinades
I was a manager at Mr. Steak for two years. I enjoyed the kebob immensely, so I cut down the quantity and copied it for myself before leaving the company.

MR. STEAK'S ORIGINAL KEBOB MARINADE

1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup
1 cup oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 ounce Lea and Perrins Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Whisk ingredients together. Marinate meat 24 to 72 hours.

As an added note, the vegetables skewered with meat were frozen first so that they would be soft and charred even when a customer ordered the meat rare.
