CRUNCHY SALAD TOPPING MIX
6 ounces fish shaped cheese crackers
2 cups oyster crackers
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Spread crackers and noodles in single layer in ungreased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
In small bowl, combine oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Pour over crackers and noodles; stir to coat.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
