ISO: Macayo's Relleno Sauce

Hey guys! I've been mostly lurking lately, hope to start posting again soon. Does anyone have the recipe for Macayo's Relleno Sauce? They serve it over their chili rellenos and sometimes over their Chimichangas. They call it relleno sauce and it's somewhat orange in color. Tastes creamy, maybe even has a bit of cheese in it. Its very addictive! This is a great site, even when you are only lurking!
