BISQUICK CORN MUFFINS
2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon sugar
Dash salt
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Fill well-greased muffin cups or cornstick pans 2/3 full.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
Makes 6 muffins or 8 corn sticks
