ISO: maple syrup

I use to have a recipe for a Maple Syrup Cake that I can no longer find. It was a wonderful cake for special occasion and If any one has the recipe I would really appreciate. In the cake was 12 eggs, 1 pound of butter and I believe 16 oz. of maple syrup.
