Recipe(tried): Paula Deen's Magical Peanut Butter Cookies (using Splenda - We tried these and they were really good!

Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
I made two kinds: one with chunky PB, and one with chocolate PB. We like the chunky PB better, but they both worked fine.

I sprinkled the tops of the unbaked cookies with real sugar, (just a sprinkle), so you get that taste right on your tongue when you bite the cookie. I swear that is the difference between Splenda and sugar! I think you taste it a different part of your tongue.

Anyway...easy and fast and low-carb. Really hit the spot with a cup of tea...thanks, K/NorCal!
