ISO: maple turkey

Misc.

Hi.. Last year I made a wonderful Turkey.. It was the best ever.. I lost the recipe when MY computer crashed, and all I can recall is it had apple juice and maple syrup... Does anyone happen to have this recipe or something similiar?
Thanks so much!
