ISO: model number for 1908 singer sewing machine

Misc.
I have an antique singer sewing machine with serial number D543250. I dont know how to find the model number, and I would love to find the date of its manufacture. Also, I need to find a manual for this machine. If anyone can help me I would truly appreciate it!
