MY MOM GAVE ME A "21 QUART PRESSURE COOKER" MADE BY THE NATIONAL PRESSURE COOKER COMPANY IN EAU CLAIRE, WI. INCLUDED WERE ALL KINDS OF INSERTS BUT NO OWNER'S MANUAL (OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS). THERE IS A MESSAGE ON THE PRESSURE GUAGE THAT STATES NOT TO OPERATE THE COOKER WITHOUT FIRST FAMILIARIZING ONE'S SELF WITH THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - - - ANYONE KNOW WHERE I MIGHT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN ONE OF THESE MANUALS?
