Recipe: Quick-Fix Oriental Meatloaf (using fresh ginger and stir fry sauce) (microwave)

QUICK-FIX ORIENTAL MEATLOAF

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce, divided use

Thoroughly combine beef, bread, carrot, onion, celery, ginger, egg and 1/3 cup stir-fry sauce. Press mixture firmly into 9-inch round microwave-safe cake pan.

Microwave on Medium-High (70%) 20 minutes, rotating pan once.

Brush top of meat mixture with remaining 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce.

Microwave on Medium-High (70%) 8 minutes longer.

Let meatloaf stand 5 minutes before cutting into serving portions.
