ISO: Newman's Own Parisienne Dijon Lime Dressing

I have been informed by Newman's Own Customer Service that: "Due to the poor sales figures of Newman's Own Parisienne Dijon Salad Dressing, the powers that be at Newman's Own decided to discontinue that item March of 2005." Does anyone have a copycat recipe?

The ingredients are: Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil and/or Canola Oil), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Spices), Water, Lime Juice, Distilled Vinegar, Shallot Puree, Egg White, Salt, Spice, Xanthan Gum, Lime Oil.
