HERB MAYONNAISE
1 cup unflavored yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/8 cup chopped green onions (about 1 1/2 onions)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1/3 teaspoon salt
Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth, stopping blender and scraping sides occasionally.
Makes about 2 cups (16 servings)
