ISO: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

Looking for the recipe that was given at tupperware parties back in the late 80's early 90's for a chocolate chip oatmeal snack cake. Does anyone have a copy of it? I got it from a tupperware party in Medford, Oregon years ago and have lost it along the way. It was when they came out with their Ultra 21 line of cookware.

It is a light cake with oatmeal chocolate chips and walnuts. You eat it without icing.
