ISO: Ol' South Pancake House in Fort Worth - Want German Pancake Recipe

Misc.
The Ol' South Pancake House in Fort Worth makes the best German pancakes this side of heaven. Huge platter sized, crepe like-pancakes floating in melted butter, fresh squeezed lemon slices and dusted with powered sugar. Delicious. They won't give out the recipe. Does anyone have a recipe they are willing to share about making this type of pancake?
