RENDERWURST (old German recipe)
1 hog head (meat removed)
1 large beef roast or cuts to equal pork meat
oatmeal
chicken broth
salt
pepper
cumin
onions to taste
Boil hog head until meat falls from bones. Boil beef roast in water until tender enough to pull.
Grind meat and combine with spices, chicken broth and oatmeal. Add enough broth and oatmeal to equal the volume of meat and cook until completely blended.
Place mixture into loaf pans and cool. Cut off slices of renderwurst and fry until brown on both sides. Place on plate and top with 2 or 3 sunnyside up eggs. HEAVEN
Freeze in pans or individual slices in freezer bags.
