ISO: Onion Blossoms
Misc. We have been trying to make "onion blossoms" as well as the ones we buy in the restaurant. Our problem is we are having trouble getting the batter to stick to the inside pieces of the cut onion.
We cut and we shake the flower and onion in a bag and then coat the onion in the batter. It just doesn't come out right.
Perhaps there is a secret batter??
