ISO: Peach Habanero jam/jelly

Misc.
I am looking for a Habanero Peach jelly recipe that uses fresh peaches. All the recipes I have found have been for Apricots and they use either apricot nectar or dried apricots. I made up one with peaches, red bell, cider vin, sugar, liquid pectin and habanero, of course I don't think it will set.The flavor and color were incredible though. Is there a ratio of acid to fruit to pectin that might help me develope my own recipes?
