I don't have the exact recipe but they pretty much described it in detail just now on Bizarre Foods on the food network. Instead of thin slices of turkey breast they cut thicker slices. They made a cream sauce with lots of real cream and added 3 cheeses, American, provolone and maybe mozzarella, melted that in until it was nice and smooth then added 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese. Now I need to go back and watch the episode again to know the rest.
