ISO: Peanut Butter Batter Christmas Mice Recipe

Misc.
The cookie batter was peanut butter cookie dough. Red string licorice for the tail, 1/2 peanut for each ear and red candies for eyes. The hardest part I remember is after baking, you inserted the ears and eyes and the dough was hot!! They were shaped in a a teardrop-shape and pressed on the cookie sheet. A toothpick was inserted to make a hole for the tail after the cookies are baked. I am really desperate. We are having a Christmas cookie walk at our church and I promised to make this cute little cookies and I can't find it.
