ISO: pepperoni chicken (tried and true)

does anyone have a pepperoni chicken recipe that uses the breasts, should be stuffed then breaded. then baked in oven with an italian sauce ? i have one, but it is not too moist. i want a tried and true recipe. thanks to all who respond!!
