ISO: pineapple upside down cake

Misc.
Hi all !!

I am searching for a recipe for a two layer pineapple upside down cake {if such a thing exists} ??!!

At Christmas time last year, a FABULOUS LADY named Betsy found me a recipe I had lost YEARS AGO for Baklava. I was so amazed that it truly was the exact same one! Well, I made it and made alot of friends at a party we attended. I am still grateful for that !! Now looking for this cake recipe if anyone can help ?? I will be ever so grateful.

Thanks ~~~ Susan
