ISO: Recipe for Philly Cheese Steak

I am having a total of 10 people over after we all go to see the opening of Rocky Balboa and I wanted to make some Philly Cheese Steaks. Does anyone have a recipe for easy but good ones that I could make ahead or even by using the crock pot somehow? Thank you and Happy Holidays to all!
