Recipe: The Ultimate Grilled Cheese (using cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella)

3 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
10 slices Italian bread
1 tablespoon butter
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in the cheeses, garlic powder and salt.
Spread 5 slices of bread with 1/3 cup of mixture. Top with remaining bread. Butter the outside of the sandwiches.
Cook in a large skillet on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
