ISO: recipe for wheat free cookies like Whole Foods Market

Whole Foods Market makes wheat free, dairy free,
chocolate cookies with either raisins or walnuts.
The cookies do have egg whites, but I can not
remember the other ingredients. The cookies are
more dense than meringue cookies.
