Recipe: Apple Walnut Salad like Ruby Tuesday's

Salads - Fruit, Gelatin
APPLE WALNUT SALAD LIKE RUBY TUESDAY'S

2 cups apples, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup pineapple, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all the chopped ingredients together.

Mix the mayo, brown sugar & lemon juice together for dressing. Add the dressing to the salad and mix. Add more dressing if the salad is to dry. Chill and serve.
