ISO: Roselyn's cream puff recipe

Misc.
Ok - so I used to live in Indy and was sad to hear that Roselyn's Bakery closed... so now, I am searching for the cream puff recipe. I grew up on this as a child and would love to indulge my children with this delicious pastry.

Anyone have the recipe and willing to share it with me?
