ISO: Scones

Misc.
Hi, I'm new. I need ALL THE HELP I can get. Into my lap has fallen the task of making 20 dozen scones for a fund-raising event in three weeks. I need recipes for scones that will sell well. Questions: Can scones be made and frozen how far in advance can they be made and how to store them? Any suggested prices so ask? Thanks so much. Carol
